Portland Community College - Newberg Campus

APG prepared the Design Review II application for the Portland Community College (PCC) Newberg Center in Newberg, Oregon. The application was approved by the city of Newberg in 2010. The approximately 13,000 square foot building includes three standard Classrooms, a Multi-Purpose Room and is located on 3.3 acres of a 15.66 acre site.
The Newberg Center was designed to meet the needs and aspirations of PCC now and into the future. The design will support and fit in with the community, reflect the sustainable goals of the project team, use long lasting and sustainable materials, and establish the first phase of the long range master plan.
