Coordinating a multi-disciplinary design team, Angelo Planning Group successfully secured Design Review Three, New Conditional Use Three, Parking Determination Two (Shared Parking), and Replat Two approvals from the City of Beaverton on behalf of Rembold Properties to develop a mixed-use housing project in the Downtown Beaverton Regional Center.

New High School - Oregon Trail School District

City of Sandy, Oregon

APG prepared the complex series of land use applications for the new $82 million Sandy High School. The new 310,000 square foot high school is located on an 83 acre site and includes 71 classrooms in Phase I. The project was completed in the fall of 2012.

Bridgeport Village

Cities of Tualatin and Tigard, Oregon

APG worked with developers Opus Northwest and CenterCal to prepare the necessary application materials and obtain land use approvals for the Bridgeport Village development, located in the cities of Tualatin, Tigard and Durham. The development provides approximately 600,000 square feet of new, high-quality retail and office space, structured parking, and significant off-site transportation improvements.

For over a decade, APG has prepared land use applications for Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (TVF&R) to secure approval for twelve new or expanded fire stations within its district. The applications have been reviewd and approved through five different jurisdictions.

Commuter Rail

Washington County, Oregon

APG was part of the permitting team for the Commuter Rail project between Wilsonville and Beaverton. Mary Dorman wrote the land use chapter of the Environmental Assessment for the project to use a freight rail corridor that parallels I-5 and OR 217 for commuter rail service during peak travel periods. APG staff subsequently prepared the development applications for the Commuter Rail maintenance facility, park & ride lots and five stations which were submitted to four different jurisdictions for land use approvals.

Ladd Tower Apartments

Portland, Oregon

APG worked with Opus Northwest and the entire project team to prepare the necessary application materials and obtain land use approvals for Ladd Tower, a mixed-use development in downtown Portland. The land use approvals for this complex project included Conditional Use, Design Review, Historic Design Review, Central City Master Plan, and Central City Parking Review. The building is registered with the US Green Building Council as a LEED Gold building.
